Now Hiring Massage Therapist - Spa Position @The Secret Spa - We Are Looking For You! We are looking for a skilled, compassionate, and licensed Massage Therapist to join our spa team. You'll provide personalized massage services that promote relaxation, healing, and overall well-being for our clients. From soothing Swedish sessions to targeted deep tissue work, you'll help guests feel renewed and cared for in a serene, welcoming environment.

Responsibilities:

Provide a variety of massage techniques, including Swedish, deep tissue, prenatal, hot stone, and couples massages.. Consult with clients to assess needs, concerns, and desired outcomes before each session. Customize massage sessions to address client goals while ensuring a safe and relaxing experience. Maintain strict hygiene and sanitation protocols for all equipment, linens, and treatment spaces. Prepare and clean treatment rooms before and after each client. Educate clients on stretching, posture, and self-care techniques that complement their treatment. Promote spa services, wellness programs, and retail products as appropriate. Support spa promotions, special events, and contribute to a positive, team-oriented culture.

Requirements:

• Current Massage Therapy license from the North Carolina Board of Massage & Bodywork Therapy. Proficiency in multiple massage modalities; additional certifications (e.g., hot stone, prenatal, sports) a plus. Strong communication and client service skills. Ability to maintain a calm, professional demeanor. Physical stamina to perform multiple massages per day. Commitment to client safety, confidentiality, and comfort.
