Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) Heavin's Touch LLC - Wilmington, NC Job Overview Heavin's Touch LLC is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and motivated Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) to join our growing wellness practice. We specialize in medical massage while also offering therapeutic and relaxation services. We are an insurance-based practice serving Veterans through the VA Community Care Network as well as private-pay clients. This is an excellent opportunity for a therapist who enjoys helping clients reduce pain, improve mobility, and make a lasting impact on their health. Responsibilities Provide customized massage treatments based on each client's individual needs. Perform Swedish, Deep Tissue, Therapeutic, Medical Massage, Hot Stone, Cupping, and other modalities within your scope of practice. Complete accurate SOAP notes and treatment documentation in ClinicSense. Conduct client assessments and create individualized treatment plans. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional treatment room. Educate clients on stretching, posture, home care, and wellness recommendations. Communicate professionally with office staff and referring healthcare providers when needed. Maintain all North Carolina licensing requirements and professional standards. Qualifications Current North Carolina Massage & Bodywork Therapy License. Professional liability insurance (or willingness to obtain before starting). Excellent communication and customer service skills. Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and therapeutic massage techniques. Ability to maintain accurate documentation. Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented. Experience with medical massage is preferred but not required—we are willing to train the right therapist. What We Offer Competitive compensation.
