Along with the benefits listed , we also offer opportunities to receive complimentary treatments at our MED SPA Duties Perform professional massage therapy sessions tailored to each client's specific concerns, including deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans and ensure safety Educate clients on self-care practices and recommend ongoing wellness strategies Maintain accurate documentation of treatments, patient progress, and treatment outcomes Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to support comprehensive patient care and pain management strategies Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment that adheres to all health regulations and standards Stay current with industry best practices, new techniques, and continuing education requirements Skills Proven experience in patient service with excellent customer service skills Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to massage therapy Expertise in deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and pain management techniques Ability to perform thorough patient assessments and develop personalized treatment plans Familiarity with occupational health principles and med spa environments is a plus Exceptional communication skills for explaining procedures and building rapport with clients Demonstrated professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to ongoing learning Embark on a rewarding career where your skills make a real difference!
