Job Overview We are seeking a licensed Massage Therapist to join our professional team in providing exceptional massage therapy services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in patient care, pain management, and advanced massage techniques. Applicants must hold a valid massage therapy license and possess a passion for helping clients achieve relief and relaxation through expert therapy. Duties Perform various massage techniques including deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy to address client needs. Conduct patient assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans tailored to individual conditions. Apply knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology to ensure safe and effective treatments. Educate clients on pain management strategies and occupational health practices. Maintain detailed records of treatments provided and monitor client progress over time. Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all clients. Stay updated on the latest advancements in massage therapy and related fields such as med spa procedures. Provide excellent patient service with a focus on customer satisfaction and comfort. Skills Proven experience with patient assessment, deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and pain management techniques. Strong understanding of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to massage therapy. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients. Knowledge of occupational health practices to promote client safety during treatments. Prior experience in med spa settings is preferred but not required. Ability to communicate effectively with clients about treatment options and health concerns. Compassionate, attentive, and dedicated to improving patient outcomes through personalized care.
