Responsibilities Provide professional massage therapy services tailored to individual client needs. Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans. Utilize various techniques including trigger point therapy and deep tissue massage to address specific pain areas. Maintain accurate records of treatments and client progress. Educate clients on the benefits of massage therapy and provide recommendations for ongoing care. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals in a med spa environment to enhance patient outcomes. Uphold high standards of cleanliness and professionalism in the treatment area. Qualifications Valid state licensure or certification as a Massage Therapist. Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology. Experience in acute pain management and occupational health is preferred. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on patient satisfaction. Ability to communicate effectively with clients regarding their treatment plans. Familiarity with various massage modalities and techniques. Previous experience in a med spa setting is a plus.
