About the Position We are currently seeking an experienced and dependable Hotel Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have previous maintenance experience, preferably in a hotel or similar facility, and be comfortable handling a variety of general maintenance and repair tasks. This position is responsible for helping maintain the hotel's guest rooms, common areas, equipment, and overall property to ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for our guests and employees. Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance and repairs throughout the hotel. Troubleshoot and repair basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and mechanical issues. Perform preventative maintenance on hotel equipment and systems. Complete repairs and maintenance requests in guest rooms and public areas. Assist with painting, drywall repairs, basic carpentry, and other general repairs. Inspect the property regularly and report maintenance or safety concerns. Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area. Assist with hotel renovation and improvement projects as needed. Follow all safety procedures and hotel standards. Perform other maintenance duties as assigned by management. Qualifications Previous maintenance experience required. Hotel maintenance experience is strongly preferred. Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and general repairs. Ability to troubleshoot problems and work independently. Must be dependable, responsible, and able to manage multiple tasks. Good communication and organizational skills. Ability to lift, carry, bend, climb, and perform physical maintenance duties.
