We're built around a root-cause philosophy: our patients come to us after the quick fixes haven't worked, and our providers collaborate to treat the source of the pain rather than chase the symptoms. You won't be working in a spa. This is clinical, outcome-driven bodywork as part of a coordinated care team. The role We're hiring a part-time Licensed Massage Therapist to deliver therapeutic and medical massage as part of our patients' treatment plans. You'll work alongside our clinical team, contribute to case discussions, and see the results of your work reflected in patients' progress over a course of care — not a one-off session. What you'll do Perform therapeutic, medical, and sports massage in line with each patient's prescribed treatment plan Assess soft-tissue restrictions and adapt technique to the patient's condition, tolerance, and stage of care Communicate findings and progress to the treating provider so care plans stay coordinated Document sessions accurately and on time in our EMR Educate patients on self-care, stretching, and what to expect between visits Maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming treatment space What we're looking for Required Active New York State massage therapy license (NYSED) in good standing Professional liability insurance Comfort working within a clinical care team and following provider-directed treatment plans Reliable availability for a consistent weekly schedule Strong communication skills and genuine care for patient outcomes Preferred Training in myofascial release, trigger point therapy, neuromuscular therapy, deep tissue, cupping, or manual lymphatic drainage Experience with EMR documentation Familiarity with treating chronic pain - especially neck pain, back pain and headaches Schedule Part-time, 3-4 6 hour shifts per week. Compensation and benefits $50-$75 per hour , depending on experience and advanced certifications PTO 401k Pre-tax commuter benefits All linens, lotions, tables, and supplies provided Continuing education support A full patient schedule. You don't market, sell, or hunt for clients — we fill your book so you can focus on treating.
