You can look forward to a booked schedule what we seek We are seeking a passionate and skilled Medical Massage Therapist to join our dynamic healthcare team. In this role, you will deliver specialized massage therapy treatments designed to promote healing, reduce pain, and enhance overall well-being for our diverse patient population. Your expertise will help clients achieve relief from discomfort, improve mobility, and regain their quality of life through tailored therapeutic techniques. Duties Perform comprehensive patient assessments to identify individual needs and develop personalized treatment plans. Administer various massage techniques including Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, sports massage, prenatal massage, and occupational health therapies. Utilize extensive knowledge of physiology and anatomy to target specific muscle groups and address pain points effectively. Educate clients on self-care practices and post-treatment recommendations to support ongoing recovery. Maintain accurate documentation of treatments, patient progress, and treatment outcomes in compliance with medical standards. Ensure patient safety by adhering to proper hygiene practices and CPR protocols when necessary. Provide exceptional patient service by fostering a welcoming environment and maintaining clear communication throughout each session. Requirements Valid certification as a licensed Massage Therapist with current state licensure or registration. Proven experience in medical massage therapy, Strong knowledge of human physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to therapeutic massage. Expertise in trigger point therapy, deep tissue massage, sports massage, prenatal massage, and Swedish massage techniques. Prior experience working in med spas or occupational health settings is highly desirable. Excellent client communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence. Ability to perform detailed patient assessments and adapt treatments based on individual needs. Knowledge of pain management strategies and experience supporting patients through recovery processes.
