We are a woman owned spa located on the west side of Cincinnati, looking to grow our healing team and clientele ! We're seeking kind and compassionate, Licensed Massage Therapist who prioritize the care for others and helping them on their healing and pain relief journey. An ideal candidate is someone well-versed in Swedish massage and Deep Tissue, as well as other modalities including, but not limited to Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial Release, Cranio-Sacral, Reflexology, Lymphatic Drainage, and Cupping. This role requires the ability to assess and understand the clients needs, develop personalized treatment plans, and deliver high-quality massage therapy services that promote healing, relaxation, and pain relief for the mind, body, and soul! •This is a commission based position(40%), plus earned gratuity! Hourly listed is an average per massage service.

Provide a range of massage techniques including Swedish, Deep Tissue Massage, and trigger point therapy. Develop customized treatment plans based on client assessments and feedback. Educate clients on the benefits of Massage Therapy and self-care practices for pain management. Maintain accurate records of treatments provided and progress made by clients. Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all clients. Maintain professional clientele and co-worker relationships. Skills Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. Proficient in client assessment techniques to identify areas of concern. Expertise in Deep Tissue Massage and Trigger Point Therapy. Knowledgeable in Holistic pain management strategies and techniques. Solid understanding of Anatomy and Physiology, along with medical terminology relevant to Massage Therapy. Previous experience in Massage Therapy is advantageous.
