Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and skilled Licensed Massage Therapist to join our dynamic wellness team. In this role, you will deliver exceptional massage therapy services that promote relaxation, pain relief, and overall well-being for our diverse clientele. Your expertise will help clients achieve their health and wellness goals through personalized treatment plans and professional care. We pay $30.00 to $35.00 per hour and 100% Tips, we offer flexible schedule Responsibilities Provide a variety of massage techniques including deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and relaxation massage tailored to individual client needs Conduct thorough patient assessments to understand their health history, current concerns, and treatment goals Educate clients on self-care practices, occupational health tips, and pain management strategies Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment by adhering to sanitation standards and clinic policies Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive wellness plans when necessary Stay updated on the latest massage therapy techniques, physiology knowledge, and medical terminology to enhance service quality Qualifications Valid state licensure as a Massage Therapist with current certification in good standing Proven experience in patient service, patient assessment, and delivering various massage modalities such as deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy Strong understanding of human physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to massage therapy Knowledge of pain management techniques and occupational health practices Prior experience working in a med spa or similar healthcare setting is preferred Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients Ability to work flexible hours in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail Join our team and help clients feel their best through expert touch, compassionate care, and innovative wellness solutions!
