Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Massage Therapist to join our Graceful Beauty Aesthetics team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of various massage techniques and be dedicated to providing exceptional care to clients. This role involves assessing client needs, delivering tailored massage treatments, and promoting overall well-being through therapeutic practices. Responsibilities Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine individual needs and preferences. Provide a range of massage therapies, including deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy, tailored to each client's condition. Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for clients before, during, and after treatments. Utilize knowledge of anatomy and physiology to enhance treatment effectiveness and ensure client safety. Document treatment plans and client progress accurately in accordance with medical terminology standards. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals in occupational health settings when necessary. Educate clients on self-care techniques and pain management strategies to promote long-term wellness. Uphold the highest standards of customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all clients. Skills Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. Proficient in trigger point therapy and deep tissue massage techniques. Familiarity with medical terminology relevant to patient assessment and treatment documentation. Knowledge of anatomy and physiology as it relates to massage therapy practices. Experience or interest in working within a med spa environment is a plus. Understanding of pain management principles and occupational health considerations is beneficial.
