Overview We are seeking a passionate and skilled Licensed Massage Therapist to join our dynamic wellness team. Duties Perform a variety of massage techniques including Swedish, deep tissue, sports, trigger point therapy, prenatal massage, and occupational health massages to meet individual client needs. Conduct thorough patient assessments to understand specific concerns, pain points, and treatment goals. Educate clients on the benefits of different massage modalities and develop personalized treatment plans. Maintain detailed records of client sessions, progress notes, and treatment outcomes in compliance with privacy regulations. Ensure a safe and comfortable environment by adhering to sanitation standards and following all health and safety protocols. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences, explain procedures, and address any questions or concerns. Stay current with industry best practices, new techniques, and continuing education opportunities to enhance skills and service quality. Qualifications Valid state licensure as a Massage Therapist with active certification. Proven experience in massage therapy, including Swedish massage, deep tissue therapy, sports massage, trigger point therapy, prenatal massage, and medical or occupational health massages. Strong knowledge of human anatomy and physiology to accurately assess client needs and tailor treatments accordingly. Familiarity with medical terminology related to pain management and therapeutic treatments. CPR certification is required to ensure client safety during sessions. Excellent client communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence. Ability to perform multiple massages daily while maintaining high energy levels and professionalism.
