Licensed Massage Therapist - Mystic Moon Massage Yellow Springs, Ohio | Immediate Clientele Available Mystic Moon Massage is growing and looking for an experienced, confident Licensed Massage Therapist who can step into an established client base and provide exceptional therapeutic bodywork from day one. This position is ideal for a therapist who enjoys solving pain and dysfunction—not just providing relaxation massage. The majority of our clients seek relief from chronic pain, injuries, postural imbalances, headaches, neck and shoulder tension, low back pain, mobility restrictions, and other therapeutic concerns. What Makes This Position Different? Immediate clientele available High tipping client base Primarily 90 and 120-minute sessions Established wellness-focused practice Independent and trusted work environment Keep 100% of all add-on service revenue (cupping, hot stones, etc.) Opportunity for long-term growth within the practice Schedule 3 days per week to start At least one weekend day preferred Opportunity for additional hours as clientele grows Responsibilities Perform high-quality therapeutic and medical-style massage sessions Develop treatment plans based on client needs and goals Assess pain patterns, muscle dysfunction, mobility limitations, and postural concerns Document sessions professionally and accurately Maintain treatment rooms and clinic standards Provide excellent client care and communication Open and close the office independently when scheduled Build lasting relationships with clients through consistent results Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who: Is confident working independently without supervision Can be trusted to manage appointments and clients professionally when owners are not present Has strong clinical and therapeutic massage skills Is comfortable addressing specific pain complaints and problem areas Takes pride in delivering results-driven bodywork Is dependable, punctual, and professional Is seeking a long-term position rather than a temporary stop Works well with an established team culture Qualifications Active Ohio Massage Therapy License Professional liability insurance Experience in therapeutic, deep tissue, medical, orthopedic, sports, or treatment-focused massage preferred Strong knowledge of anatomy and common musculoskeletal conditions Excellent communication and customer service skills Compensation & Perks Competitive pay structure Immediate clientele available High tipping environment Therapist keeps 100% of add-on service income Flexible schedule Supportive team atmosphere Opportunity for growth and increased hours About Mystic Moon Massage Mystic Moon Massage is a therapeutic-focused wellness practice in Yellow Springs dedicated to helping clients move better, feel better, and live with less pain.
