Job Summary We are seeking a knowledgeable and passionate Instructor to join our Raphael's team. If you have a deep knowledge of massage therapy techniques, a love for teaching, and a dedication to empowering students with the skills they need to succeed in the industry, as well as experience and ensuring exceptional client service and customer care, we'd love to have you onboard. Teach students practical skills in deep tissue massage. Conduct client assessments to evaluate individual needs and tailor instructional methods accordingly. Engaging lesson plans that cover essential topics such as anatomy, physiology. Maintain a positive, professional, and encouraging learning environment. Encourage student participation and growth. Provide hands-on training Ensure students practice proper techniques, anatomy, and client safety. Evaluate student performance through assessments and provide constructive feedback. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to ensure curriculum relevance. Prepared the students passing the MBlex. Qualifications Certified Massage Therapist with active state licensure. Knowledge in the field. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction. Ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to students of varying skill levels. Previous teaching or instructional experience is a plus but not mandatory. A commitment to ongoing professional development in the field.
