The ideal candidate is passionate about helping clients feel their best, and creates a comfortable and welcoming experience for every client. Responsibilities Perform professional massage therapy services based on each client's individual needs. Conduct client consultations to understand goals, concerns, and areas of focus. Maintain a clean, relaxing, and professional treatment environment. Provide a variety of massage techniques within your scope of practice. Maintain accurate client records and follow all applicable health and safety guidelines. Build positive relationships with clients and encourage repeat visits. Maintain professional standards, confidentiality, and excellent communication. Follow all state and local licensing requirements. Qualifications Current and valid Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) license. Strong knowledge of massage therapy techniques and anatomy. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Professional, dependable, and punctual. Ability to work independently while being a positive member of a team.
