Fit Spa Wellness Collective is a growing health and wellness practice located in The Village, Oklahoma City. We bring together chiropractic care, massage therapy, recovery services, and other wellness professionals under one roof to help our clients feel, move, and perform their best. We are currently looking for a talented, caring, and motivated Licensed Massage Therapist to join our team. This is a great opportunity for an LMT who enjoys working in a collaborative wellness environment. Our massage therapists work alongside chiropractors and other wellness professionals, with opportunities to coordinate care when massage and chiropractic services can complement one another. An established client base is not required. Fit Spa has an active client community and continues to build relationships with athletes, local businesses, and organizations throughout the Oklahoma City area. Who We're Looking For We are looking for a polished, dependable professional who: Genuinely enjoys helping and caring for people Provides an exceptional client experience from start to finish Enjoys being part of a collaborative, supportive team Holds themselves to a high professional standard Is motivated to build and maintain a strong massage clientele Values health, wellness, movement, and self-care Thrives in a peaceful, positive, yet energetic environment Is willing to work some Saturdays Responsibilities & Expectations Provide professional, customized massage therapy based on each client's individual needs and goals Effectively communicate the benefits of massage therapy for recovery, mobility, stress management, and overall wellness Evaluate client needs and adjust massage techniques and treatment plans appropriately Maintain professional documentation and follow strict client confidentiality standards Become familiar with Fit Spa's services, packages, and wellness offerings to make appropriate recommendations when they may benefit a client Work collaboratively with chiropractors, massage therapists, and other wellness professionals Help create an exceptional experience that encourages client retention and referrals Represent Fit Spa professionally both inside and outside of the practice Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming treatment space Qualifications Current and valid Oklahoma Massage Therapy License Massage Therapy School Certificate of Completion Professional liability insurance required Minimum 500 hours of massage therapy education/experience 2+ years of professional massage therapy experience preferred Experience in a spa, chiropractic, wellness, or therapy setting is a plus Reliable transportation Saturday availability required Why Join Fit Spa? Compensation:

Competitive and based on experience. Compensation is paid for completed services.
