Flowbility Therapeutics | Bend, Oregon Flowbility Therapeutics is growing, and we're looking for an exceptional Licensed Massage Therapist to join our team. Flowbility is a boutique therapeutic massage practice specializing in orthopedic massage, sports massage, deep tissue, Ashiatsu Barefoot Massage, and nervous system-focused bodywork.

Our goal is simple:

provide exceptional care that creates lasting relationships. Many of our clients have been with Flowbility for years because they value high-quality treatment and genuine connection. This is a unique opportunity for a motivated therapist who wants the freedom of being an independent contractor while having the support of an established business. What We Provide Fully furnished treatment room (set up for Ashiatsu) Established online presence and marketing through Flowbility Online scheduling and booking platform Payment processing Laundry service Established business reputation with long-term clientele The freedom to build and retain your own clientele All you need to bring is: Your massage supplies (oil, lotion, etc.) Professionalism Motivation to grow your practice

Available Shifts Saturday:

8:00 AM•1:30 PM or 2:00 PM•7:30

PM Sunday:

8:00 AM•1:30 PM or 2:00 PM•7:30

PM Monday:

8:00 AM•1:30 PM or 2:00 PM•7:30

PM Tuesday:

8:00 AM•1:30

PM Thursday:

8:00 AM•1:30 PM Compensation Competitive percentage-based pay Compensation depends on experience and skill level Requirements Current Oregon Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) license Reliable, professional, and self-motivated Strong work ethic with a desire to build your clientele Able to maintain Flowbility's cleanliness, organization, and room standards Excellent communication and customer service The treatment room is already fully equipped for therapists who currently practice or are interested in offering Ashiatsu.
