Job Overview We are a busy chiropractic office seeking a skilled and compassionate Massage Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of various massage techniques and be dedicated to providing exceptional patient care. As a Massage Therapist, you will work closely with clients to assess their needs, and help them achieve their wellness goals through therapeutic massage. (NEW

) Duties Perform various types of massage techniques, including deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and relaxation methods tailored to individual client needs. Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans based on their health history and specific concerns. Utilize knowledge of anatomy and physiology to effectively address pain management and promote overall well-being. Maintain accurate records of client sessions, including treatment details and progress notes using medical terminology. Provide exceptional patient service by creating a welcoming environment and ensuring clients feel comfortable throughout their sessions. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals in occupational health settings to enhance patient care. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in massage therapy techniques and practices. Requirements Valid state licensure or certification as a Massage Therapist (in process and new grads considered). Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology, as well as medical terminology relevant to the field. Experience or training in deep tissue massage, pain management techniques, and trigger point therapy is preferred. Excellent communication skills with the ability to assess patient needs effectively. Commitment to providing high-quality patient service in a professional environment. Previous experience in a med spa or similar setting is a plus but not required.
