We're looking for a Licensed Massage Therapist to join our close-knit team and bring relaxation, relief, and genuine care to our clients. You'll be joining a team of stylists, nail techs, an esthetician, and front desk staff who all share one goal: making every client feel taken care of, inside and out. Responsibilities Perform a range of massage techniques — relaxation (Swedish-style), deep tissue, and fully customized sessions tailored to each client's needs and goals Take time to understand each client's concerns, tension points, and wellness goals through clear, attentive communication Apply your knowledge of anatomy and physiology to build effective, personalized treatment approaches Educate clients on self-care between visits and recommend the right services for their ongoing wellness Keep clear, organized client notes and treatment records Maintain a clean, safe treatment room in line with sanitation and safety standards Build genuine, lasting relationships with clients — many of ours have been coming back for years, and we'd love for you to be part of that What We're Looking For Active, valid massage therapy license in Pennsylvania Experience with a range of modalities (relaxation, deep tissue, customized/therapeutic massage); prenatal or sports massage experience is a nice bonus Solid understanding of anatomy, physiology, and safe practice Comfortable assessing client needs and communicating treatment options clearly and warmly Salon or spa experience preferred, but not required if you bring the right skills and attitude Current CPR certification If you're passionate about helping people feel better in their bodies and want to grow your career somewhere that feels like a second home, we'd love to hear from you.
