Job Description
Overview Join our dynamic team as a Massage Therapist, where your skills will help clients achieve relaxation, relief from pain, and overall wellness. In this role, you will deliver professional massage services tailored to individual needs, creating a calming and rejuvenating experience. We are dedicated to fostering a positive environment that values personal care, attention to detail, and exceptional service. This paid position offers an opportunity to grow your expertise while making a meaningful difference in clients' lives. You will have a set schedule- including 2 weekdays and rotating Saturdays. Please do not apply if you are unable to work Saturdays. Duties Provide personalized massage therapy sessions using various techniques such as Swedish, deep tissue, sports, or aromatherapy massages. Assess clients' needs and develop customized treatment plans to address specific concerns or preferences. Maintain a clean and organized treatment area, adhering to health and safety standards at all times. Schedule appointments efficiently using our booking system, ensuring smooth flow of client sessions. Keep detailed records of each session, including client preferences, treatment notes, and progress updates. Experience Proven personal service experience working with adults and adolescents in spa, salon, or wellness settings. Clientele following desired but not required. Certification or licensure as a massage therapist is required; additional experience in spa or salon environments is a plus.
