Licensed Massage Therapist (Medical / Therapeutic Focus) Daqing Acupuncture is seeking a compassionate, reliable, and team-oriented Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) to join our growing acupuncture and Chinese medicine clinic in Warwick, Rhode Island. This is a clinical, therapeutic massage position focused primarily on helping patients with neck pain, shoulder tension, low back pain, muscle tightness, and other musculoskeletal conditions. Massage treatments are 20 minutes and are integrated into individualized acupuncture treatment plans. New graduates are welcome. Prior clinical experience is not required. We provide hands-on training and mentorship to help you learn our treatment approach, therapeutic techniques, clinic workflow, and patient care philosophy. We are looking for someone who is eager to learn, receptive to feedback, comfortable following established treatment protocols, and interested in growing as part of a collaborative healthcare team. Responsibilities Provide focused 20-minute therapeutic massage treatments based on clinic protocols and treatment plans Work primarily with patients experiencing neck, shoulder, back, and other musculoskeletal pain Communicate professionally and compassionately with patients Collaborate with the acupuncturist and clinical team regarding patient care Prepare and turn over treatment rooms between patients Replace disposable table paper and sanitize treatment surfaces after each session Maintain a clean, organized, and professional treatment environment Position & Growth This position will start part-time, with the opportunity to add additional days and potentially transition to full-time as patient volume grows. We provide an established patient base and actively schedule patients for you, allowing you to focus on treatment rather than marketing or building your own clientele.
