What We're Looking For The ideal candidate: Holds a current South Carolina Massage Therapist License Has strong massage therapy skills and a passion for client wellness Is professional, polished, reliable, and client-focused Provides a calm, welcoming, and elevated client experience Demonstrates excellent communication and active listening skills Is confident customizing treatments based on each client's needs and goals Has strong consultation, retention, and rebooking skills Demonstrates excellent punctuality, reliability, and attention to detail Maintains a clean, professional, and relaxing treatment environment Works well independently while contributing to a positive team culture Is passionate about continuing education and expanding their knowledge and techniques Is comfortable being featured in digital marketing initiatives, including social media content, educational videos, and promotional campaigns Is willing to partner with our marketing team to help grow their book of business through activities such as participating in photo and video shoots, encouraging client reviews and referrals, and occasionally representing Spa Azure at community events and wellness partnerships
