Perform Massages and Body Treatments for Guests and handle all Guest interactions in a professional and courteous manner.

Summary of essential job functions:

Greet and welcome guests in a warm professional manner. Escort guests to and from meditation lounge, locker facilities and outdoor garden sanctuary. Describe treatment procedure to guest prior to giving service. Perform all treatments in a consistent manner and according to protocol. Exceptional understanding of spa services, packages, product knowledge and announcing of special promotions. Ability to up sell guests on additional products and services. Maintain general cleanliness and organization of individual treatment rooms. Restock treatments room at completion of shift. Ensure guests expectations are exceeded each day.

Education and Experience:

High school graduate or equivalent vocational training certificate. Current SC Massage Therapist License At least 1 year experience in a luxury spa, preferably within a luxury hotel. Other Points to
