Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and skilled Licensed Massage Therapist to join our dynamic wellness team. Responsibilities Provide a variety of massage techniques including deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy tailored to individual client needs Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans and identify areas of concern Educate clients on self-care practices, injury prevention, and occupational health strategies Maintain detailed records of treatments, client progress, and physiological responses in compliance with privacy standards Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive pain management strategies Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all clients by adhering to sanitation and safety protocols Stay current with industry best practices, new techniques, and continuing education requirements Requirements Valid state licensure as a Massage Therapist with active certification to practice legally Proven experience in medical spa settings or occupational health environments preferred Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to massage therapy Skilled in patient service, assessment, and delivering effective pain relief treatments Familiarity with advanced techniques such as deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients Ability to work flexible hours in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail Join us if you're eager to bring your expertise into a vibrant setting where your skills can truly transform lives!

$38.00 - $45.00 per hour
