We provide thoughtful, hospitality-driven wellness services designed specifically for each property and its residents. Position Overview Fein Collective is seeking a professional, licensed massage therapist to provide table and chair massage services at luxury residential properties in downtown Austin. Assignments may include scheduled chair massage events in resident amenity spaces and private table massage appointments. The ideal candidate is dependable, personable, polished, comfortable using booking technology, and experienced in high-touch service environments. Responsibilities Provide professional chair and table massage services Perform modalities such as Swedish, therapeutic, and deep-tissue massage Supply and transport a professional massage chair and massage table Use Fein Collective's booking software to review appointments and manage required service information Create a welcoming and comfortable experience for residents Arrive on time and fully prepared for each appointment or event Maintain a clean, organized, and professional service area Follow sanitation, resident privacy, and property-access procedures Communicate promptly with the Fein Collective operations team Represent Fein Collective with warmth, discretion, and professionalism Qualifications Current Texas Massage Therapist License Must own a professional massage chair and massage table Proficient with smartphones, scheduling platforms, and booking software Professional massage therapy experience Strong communication and interpersonal skills Dependable, punctual, and highly organized Comfortable working independently in luxury residential settings Available for select weekday afternoon and evening assignments Able to travel reliably to properties throughout downtown Austin Chair massage event experience preferred What We Offer Flexible, event-based scheduling Assignments at premier downtown Austin properties Opportunities for recurring events and private appointments Organized scheduling and property coordination Support from the Fein Collective operations team Potential for expanded opportunities as our Austin portfolio grows Compensation Competitive event- and appointment-based compensation.
