Consistent promotion helps keep the service visible and encourages both new and existing patients to utilize massage therapy as part of their overall wellness. Deliver professional massage therapy sessions utilizing techniques such as Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, sports massage, prenatal massage, and other modalities based on client needs. Conduct thorough patient assessments to understand individual health concerns and develop customized treatment plans. Maintain clear communication with clients to explain procedures, gather feedback, and ensure comfort throughout each session. Apply knowledge of physiology and anatomy to identify pain points and develop effective pain management strategies. Adhere strictly to safety protocols and occupational health standards, to ensure client safety at all times. Keep detailed records of treatments provided, client progress, and any relevant medical terminology or notes for future reference. Foster excellent customer service by creating a relaxing environment and addressing client questions or concerns professionally. Skills Proven experience in massage therapy with proficiency in Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, sports massage, prenatal massage, and other modalities. Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to massage therapy and pain management. Exceptional patient service skills with the ability to assess client needs accurately and communicate effectively. Familiarity with occupational health standards to ensure safe practice. Ability to perform patient assessments that inform personalized treatment plans. Experience working with diverse populations and understanding of prenatal considerations for pregnant clients. Excellent interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with clients while maintaining professionalism.
