Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Full-Time and Part-Time Massage Therapists to join our vibrant wellness team. Whether you're passionate about delivering relaxing Swedish massages, targeted trigger point therapy, deep tissue massage, or other therapeutic techniques, your expertise will help clients feel their best. Responsibilities Perform a variety of massage techniques including Swedish, deep tissue, sports massage, prenatal massage, and trigger point therapy to meet individual client needs. Conduct thorough client assessments to understand health history, preferences, and specific areas of pain or tension for tailored treatment plans. Communicate clearly with clients about treatment procedures, benefits, expectations, and aftercare instructions to ensure a positive experience. Maintain detailed treatment records in compliance with applicable health regulations and company standards. Uphold the highest standards of client service by creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring client comfort, privacy, and safety throughout each session. Maintain a clean, professional, and organized treatment environment. Stay informed on the latest techniques and best practices in massage therapy, physiology, anatomy, pain management, occupational health, and medical terminology to provide safe and effective care. Qualifications Valid Texas Massage Therapist license in accordance with state or local regulations. Proven experience in massage therapy, including Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, sports massage, prenatal massage, and trigger point therapy. Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, pain management techniques, and occupational health principles. Excellent client communication skills with the ability to assess individual needs and provide personalized treatments. CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) certification preferred but not mandatory; willingness to obtain if not already certified. Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly, professional, and compassionate demeanor. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced wellness environment.
