The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various massage techniques and a dedication to providing exceptional patient care. This role requires an understanding of anatomy and physiology, as well as the ability to assess patient needs and develop tailored treatment plans. The Massage Therapist will work in a supportive environment focused on holistic health and wellness. Duties Perform a variety of massage techniques, including deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy, to address individual patient needs. Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans and techniques. Provide pain management solutions through effective massage therapy practices. Maintain accurate records of patient treatments, progress, and any relevant medical history using appropriate medical terminology. Educate patients on the benefits of massage therapy and provide recommendations for ongoing care. Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all clients. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to promote overall occupational health and wellness. Deliver excellent customer service by building rapport with clients and addressing their concerns. Experience Proven experience in patient service with a focus on delivering high-quality care. Knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology is essential for effective practice. Experience in pain management techniques and occupational health is highly desirable. Previous experience in a med spa setting is a plus but not required. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and team members.
