We work with clients seeking therapeutic, results-driven bodywork — not just relaxation. Massage Therapist - Medical Massage / Thai Technique (Independent Contractor) our dynamic team as a Licensed Massage Therapist and bring wellness, relaxation, and pain relief to our diverse clientele. In this role, you will deliver customized massage treatments that promote healing, reduce stress, and enhance overall well-being. Responsibilities Perform professional massage therapy sessions utilizing techniques such as Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, sports massage, prenatal massage, Thai massage and other modalities tailored to client needs Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans and identify areas of pain or tension Educate clients on self-care practices and recommend ongoing wellness strategies to support their health goals Maintain detailed documentation of treatments, client progress, and relevant medical information in compliance with licensing standards Ensure a safe and hygienic environment by adhering to sanitation protocols and maintaining equipment readiness Communicate effectively with clients to understand their concerns, explain treatment procedures, and foster a trusting relationship Stay current with industry best practices, new techniques, and continuing education requirements such as CPR certification Experience Active Texas massage therapy license (LMT) Experience with medical/therapeutic massage; Thai massage technique experience a plus (training/mentorship available for the right candidate) Strong understanding of anatomy, assessment, and treatment planning Reliable, professional, and client-focused health through expert massage therapy and excel in creating positive client experiences, we invite you to join our team!

From $40.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 5.0 per week
