Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and skilled Licensed Massage Therapist to join our dynamic wellness team. In this role, you will deliver exceptional massage therapy services designed to promote relaxation, alleviate pain, and enhance overall well-being for our diverse clientele. Duties Provide a variety of massage techniques including Swedish, deep tissue, trigger point therapy, sports massage, prenatal massage, and occupational health massages tailored to individual client needs Conduct thorough patient assessments to understand their health concerns, pain points, and treatment goals Educate clients on self-care practices and recommend appropriate therapies for ongoing wellness Maintain detailed treatment records while ensuring client confidentiality in accordance with healthcare regulations Communicate effectively with clients to ensure comfort, address questions, and explain treatment plans clearly Adhere to all safety protocols including CPR certification and proper hygiene standards to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff Stay updated on the latest massage therapy techniques and physiology knowledge to continually enhance service quality Requirements Valid state licensure as a Massage Therapist with current certification in CPR and first aid Proven experience in providing diverse massage modalities such as Swedish massage, deep tissue, trigger point therapy, sports massage, prenatal massage, and pain management techniques Strong knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology relevant to massage therapy Excellent patient service skills with the ability to assess client needs accurately and communicate effectively Demonstrated understanding of occupational health principles related to workplace wellness programs Ability to maintain professionalism while managing multiple client appointments in a fast-paced environment Prior experience with patient assessment and pain management is highly desirable Join us in delivering exceptional care that transforms lives!
