Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Massage Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of anatomy and physiology, along with experience in various massage techniques, including deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy.

This role requires excellent patient assessment skills and the ability to provide exceptional patient service in a professional healthcare setting. Responsibilities Perform various types of massages, including deep tissue, trigger point therapy, and pain management techniques. Develop personalized treatment plans based on patient assessments and feedback. Maintain a clean and organized treatment area, ensuring all equipment is sanitized and ready for use. Educate patients on the benefits of massage therapy and provide guidance on self-care practices. Document treatment sessions accurately using appropriate medical terminology. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care. Qualifications Valid massage therapy license in accordance with state regulations. Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology as it relates to massage therapy. Experience in patient assessment and developing tailored treatment plans. Familiarity with medical terminology and pain management techniques. Excellent communication skills with a focus on patient service. Previous experience in a med spa or occupational health environment is preferred but not required. Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate patient schedules.
