Job Description

Victory Ranch is seeking skilled and compassionate Licensed Massage Therapist(s) to join our team. In this role, you will provide high-quality therapeutic and relaxation massage services tailored to each client's individual needs. The ideal candidate is professional, attentive, and committed to creating a positive, welcoming experience that supports client wellness and comfort. This is an on call position. 70% commission. Responsibilities Perform a variety of massage modalities based on client goals, preferences, and therapeutic needs. Conduct client consultations to gather relevant health information and identify areas of concern. Develop customized treatment plans within the scope of practice and facility guidelines. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized treatment environment. Follow all applicable state, local, and professional licensing requirements. Ensure proper sanitation, equipment care, and linen handling procedures are followed. Document services provided and maintain accurate client records as required. Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and team members. Promote a respectful, inclusive, and client-focused atmosphere. Qualifications Current licensure as a Massage Therapist in the applicable state or jurisdiction. Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, massage techniques, and client care best practices. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to assess client needs and adjust techniques accordingly. Professional demeanor, reliability, and attention to detail. Ability to maintain client confidentiality and uphold ethical standards. Preferred Qualifications Experience in a spa, wellness, clinical, or hospitality setting. Familiarity with multiple modalities such as Swedish, deep tissue, sports massage, or trigger point therapy. Additional training or certifications in specialized massage techniques.
