Our therapists work with members who visit regularly for pain relief, stress reduction, recovery, and overall wellness, allowing you to build long-term relationships and a strong, stable schedule. Therapists who are open to these shifts often build their client books much faster , see more repeat members, and maximize their earning potential. If you enjoy working during high-demand times, you'll have the opportunity to fill your schedule quickly. Responsibilities Provide professional massage therapy services to members and guests Customize sessions using modalities including Swedish massage, deep tissue, trigger point therapy, sports or recovery-based techniques, and more Assess client needs and recommend appropriate treatment approaches (this is very important to us) Educate clients on stretching, recovery, and self-care practices Maintain a clean, organized, and safe treatment room Create a welcoming and professional client experience Participate in training and continuing education opportunities Play nice with others Qualifications Active Utah Massage Therapy License Ability to perform 50- and 80-minute sessions Knowledge of multiple massage modalities preferred Professional, reliable, and team-oriented Recent graduates are welcome to apply.
