Licensed Massage Therapist Full-Time or Part-Time We're looking for the right person, not just someone to fill a schedule. Sanctuary is a boutique spa in Gordonsville where people come to slow down, breathe, and feel cared for. Hospitality and details matter. We believe a treatment can change the course of someone's week. Our team is small and we get along swimmingly. We like good books, beautiful spaces, plants, humor, and ridiculous conversations between appointments. We are looking for one full-time therapist or two part-time therapists who want to be part of something meaningful and growing. For the right therapist, this is a beautiful opportunity to establish a loyal clientele in a truly nurturing, kind, and fun environment that pays well. This position may be a good fit if you:

• Love giving massage and take genuine pride in your work
• Enjoy creating experiences, not just completing appointments
• Value kindness, professionalism, and common sense
• Are open to feedback and have a desire to keep learning and growing
• Can laugh at yourself and enjoy working with people
• Prefer a low-drama environment where adults are trusted to do their jobs
• Appreciate flexibility and are willing to offer the same in return
• Like the idea of helping shape a growing business rather than simply working for one What we offer:
• An hourly commission around $60/60 mins $70/75 mins $80/90 mins plus 100% of what tends to be very generous gratuity
• Flexible scheduling
• A beautiful, established workspace
• Loyal clients who value quality work
• Supportive management that believes in trust over micromanagement
• Opportunities to contribute ideas and help shape the future of the business
• Employee discounts and growth opportunities We're not trying to be the biggest spa around.

We're trying to create the kind of place where talented people enjoy coming to work and clients feel genuinely cared for. If that sounds like your kind of place, we'd love to meet you.
