Availability on both Mondays and Saturdays is required. About Us Balance Art Wellness Center is a well-established acupuncture and wellness clinic in Vienna, VA. We are seeking a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) to join our team and provide high-quality therapeutic massage services. Our clinic values a holistic approach to health and aims to help clients achieve long-term wellness through acupuncture, massage, and other complementary therapies. Responsibilities Provide professional and effective massage therapy tailored to clients' individual needs. Utilize a variety of techniques, such as Swedish, deep tissue, sports massage, and trigger point therapy. Build trust and rapport with clients to ensure comfort and encourage follow-up treatments. Maintain a clean and organized treatment space. Collaborate professionally with acupuncturists and other practitioners to support integrated patient care. Qualifications Valid Massage Therapy License in Virginia. Must be available to work both Mondays and Saturdays. Additional certifications in specialized techniques, such as prenatal massage, hot stone, or sports massage, are a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to establish trust with clients and encourage continued care. Punctual and professional, with the ability to manage time effectively.
