Duties Perform a variety of massage techniques including deep tissue, trigger point therapy, sports massage, prenatal massage, etc to meet individual client needs. Conduct thorough patient assessments to understand their health history, current concerns, and treatment goals. Educate clients on the benefits of massage therapy and recommend personalized treatment plans for pain management or relaxation. Maintain detailed documentation of each session, including techniques used and client responses, ensuring compliance with medical terminology standards. Ensure a safe and hygienic environment by following all sanitation protocols and maintaining equipment in excellent condition. Communicate effectively with clients to explain procedures, address questions, and provide post-treatment advice for ongoing wellness. Stay current with industry best practices by participating in continuing education opportunities such as certifications in trigger point therapy, prenatal massage, sports massage, and CPR. Skills Strong knowledge of physiology and anatomy to accurately assess client needs and tailor treatments accordingly. Excellent patient service skills with a focus on customer satisfaction and building lasting relationships. Proficiency in medical terminology relevant to massage therapy and patient assessment processes. Experience with pain management techniques and understanding of occupational health principles. Ability to communicate clearly with clients about treatment options and expected outcomes. Prior experience in med spa settings or similar environments is preferred for a seamless integration into our team. Certification as a Licensed Massage Therapist is required; CPR certification is also necessary to ensure safety during all sessions. Pay:

$50.00 - $65.00 per hour Expected hours: 10.0 - 20.0 per week
