Part-time Job Description :
Care Medical Group in Bellingham, WA, is seeking professional, self-motivated, and compassionate Licensed Massage Therapists to join our team. The successful candidates will provide therapeutic massage to patients with a variety of needs, including injury recovery, pain management, and overall wellness. This is a part-time position with flexible hours.
Key Responsibilities :
Perform therapeutic massages (30-60 minutes) for clients, including Swedish, deep tissue, prenatal, and other modalities as needed. Assess clients' needs and develop tailored treatment plans. Consult with clients and medical professionals to address pain, injury recovery, and wellness goals. Assist with patient scheduling and insurance verifications. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the massage therapy room and equipment. Participate in multidisciplinary care conferences and adhere to clinic policies and HIPAA regulations.
Job Requirements :
Valid Washington State Massage Therapy license. Minimum of two years' experience as a professional massage therapist. Experience working with injured patients or in a clinical setting is a bonus. Knowledge of additional massage modalities is a plus (e.g., sports, myofascial, oncology, hot stone). Strong communication skills and excellent customer service. Ability to manage time effectively and work collaboratively within a team. Physical ability to perform massage and stand for extended periods.
