Position Summary The Massage Therapist Lead will provide therapeutic massage services to clients while also overseeing the day-to-day operations of the massage therapy program, including scheduling coordination, quality standards, and mentorship of any additional massage staff. Key Responsibilities Perform therapeutic, medical, and relaxation massage services tailored to individual client treatment plans Maintain accurate, timely documentation of treatments and client progress in accordance with clinic policies Lead scheduling and workflow coordination for massage therapy services Serve as a point of contact/mentor for additional massage therapy staff Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming treatment environment, complying with all health and sanitation standards Stay current on best practices, modalities, and continuing education requirements Qualifications Active Washington State massage therapy license in good standing Minimum 2-3 years of clinical or medical massage therapy experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and manage a flexible part-time schedule Leadership or supervisory experience preferred but not required Schedule Part-time hours; specific days/hours to be discussed based on clinic needs and candidate availability Rare Wellness is an equal opportunity employer.
