Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and compassionate massage therapist to join our team! As a massage therapist in our office, you will provide high-quality medical massage therapy services to patients of various cases, focusing on their individual needs as their goals are to recover from injury, or promote overall wellness. You will work in a supportive non competitive, nurturing environment that values patient care and customer service. Also, ensuring each client receives the best possible experience as they move healing forward. Responsibilities Perform various types of massage techniques of your expertise and create treatment plans for patients healing from car accidents, workers compensation claims, or every day stress . Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine the most effective treatment plans. Maintain a clean and organized treatment area, ensuring all equipment is sanitized and ready for use. Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to client's concerns and preferences. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals in a chiropractic office setting. (Our office offers Chiropractic, Massage and Acupuncture.) Utilize knowledge of medical terminology and physiology to educate clients about their treatment options and benefits. Document client progress and treatment plans accurately in accordance with office protocols. Stay updated on industry trends and techniques to continuously improve skills and services offered. Be a part of a team, participating in staff meetings, as well as overall staff culture! Qualifications Valid massage therapy license in accordance with state regulations. Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and pain management techniques. Experience in customer service with a focus on patient satisfaction. Familiarity with occupational health practices is preferred but not required. Ability to perform assessments and develop individualized treatment plans based on client needs. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with clients and team members! Pay:
$35.00 - $45.00 per hour Expected hours: 15.0 - 30.0 per weekBenefits:
