Report patient conditions promptly to medical staff, ensuring accurate medical documentation and effective communication of clinical findings. Manage administrative duties including appointment scheduling, obtaining vital signs, sending referrals, maintaining medical records, and assisting with insurance or billing processes as needed. Skills Proven experience in clinic setting. Strong knowledge of medical terminology, nursing practices, and medical documentation standards. Skilled in EMR/EHR management with the ability to navigate electronic health records efficiently. Excellent client communication skills with the ability to explain complex health information clearly and empathetically. Familiarity with diagnostic radiology procedures and clinic operations to ensure seamless patient flow.
