Cardiovascular and Internal Medicine practice looking for a friendly, punctual, compassionate team player for a back office Medical Assistant position. Experience preferred. Positions in both our Mesa and Gold Canyon locations. The ideal candidate is someone who is a self-starter, motivated, driven, honest, dependable, professional, and has a warm demeanor and personality. The ideal candidate must have great time-management skills, quick-thinker, the ability to multi-task, the ability to change daily routines quickly, to effectively communicate with patients, multiple providers, and staff.

Daily job duties include:

Rooming patients

• Taking vitals
• Documenting in chart
• Medication reconciliation
• EKG•Some instances of injections•Explanation of testing, procedures to patient•Working with providers to provide excellent patient care•Compassionate customer service•Support front-office staff to ensure a smooth patient experience•Back office organization and maintenance

Computer Skills:
