Hour Shifts Pay:
Starting at $19.00/hour , depending on experience Join a Growing Multispecialty Team We are a rapidly growing, patient-centered medical practice seeking motivated and compassionate Medical Assistants to join our team. Rather than hiring for one specific role, we are looking for talented MAs whose experience and strengths will help determine the best fit within our organization. Our practice provides comprehensive care in a multi-specialty setting, with opportunities to grow professionally as our organization continues to expand. Whether your background is in direct patient care, procedures, clinical documentation, or administrative support, we'd love to hear from you. Potential Opportunities Include Depending on your experience and interests, you may be placed in one of several clinical roles, including: Clinic/Floor Medical Assistant Medical Scribe Procedure Team Medical Assistant Triage Medical Assistant Referral/Administrative Support Float Medical Assistant (supporting multiple clinic locations) Responsibilities Responsibilities vary by department but may include: Rooming patients and preparing them for their visit Recording vital signs and updating medical histories Assisting providers during examinations and procedures Scribing patient encounters in the electronic medical record Preparing procedure rooms and maintaining sterile technique Coordinating referrals, diagnostic testing, and follow-up care Managing incoming clinical phone calls and patient messages Educating patients regarding treatment plans and next steps Obtaining prior authorizations and coordinating care when appropriate Maintaining accurate documentation in the electronic health record Collaborating with physicians, nurse practitioners, therapists, and behavioral health providers Supporting quality patient care while maintaining excellent customer service Qualifications Current Medical Assistant certification preferred (or equivalent experience where applicable) Previous experience in a medical office or specialty practice preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Experience with electronic medical records (eClinicalWorks experience is a plus) Comfortable working independently while functioning as part of a collaborative team Positive attitude with a willingness to learn new skills Bilingual (English and Spanish) What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Four 10-hour work schedule Paid Time Off Paid Holidays Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance 401(k) with company match Opportunities for advancement and cross-training Supportive leadership and collaborative team environment Why Join Us?
