You will support doctors and patients through a variety of tasks related to patient care management, organization and communication. The target is to complete all activities accurately, with high quality and in a timely manner. Individual must be friendly, reliable, punctual, and able to multitask. Responsibilities Responsibilities include but no limited to greet patients, schedule new and follow appointments, verify medical insurance, answer phones, data entry, collect co-payments, filing, and other basis office duties. Interview patients and document basic medical history Organize and schedule appointments Arrange laboratory services Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxs and forms Prepare and clean treatment rooms and medical instruments Skills Must be speaking English and Mandarin Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritise work Social perceptiveness and service oriented Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in MS office and patient management software We are electronic medical record ready and will be trained to use
