CPR Full Job Description Responsibilities:
- Front and back office duties
- Perform patient intake, including taking vital signs, documenting medical history, and verifying patient information
- Assist healthcare providers with examinations, procedures, and treatments
- injections
- Prepare and maintain examination rooms and medical equipment
- Provide patient education on medical conditions, treatment plans, and preventive care
- Schedule appointments and manage high volume phone calls
- Handle medical administrative tasks, such as insurance verification, submitting prior authorizations
Skills:
- Proficient in medical terminology and documentation, knowledge of EPIC a plus
- Ability to perform basic life support techniques (certification required)
- Strong patient care skills, including the ability to provide emotional support and maintain patient confidentiality
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task efficiently in a fast-paced environment
