We are currently seeking a Medical Assistant with strong front and back office skills. Room patients, documenting vitals and medical history in EMR Assist the providers with patients in the exam room Assist the providers with procedures Schedule appointments and verify insurance eligibility Obtain insurance authorizations for surgeries Obtain prior authorizations for prescriptions Stock and clean exam rooms Other duties as assigned 2+ years experience preferred Medical Assistant certificate and BLS required Bilingual English/Spanish is required
