This position involves scanning paper files, organizing digital documents, and securely storing records in our online system.
Responsibilities:
Scan and upload patient records into the clinic's digital system Enter basic patient and file information accurately Organize documents by patient name, date, and record type Ensure all files are clear, complete, and stored correctly Maintain patient confidentiality at all times Assist the office team with basic administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
Strong attention to detail and communication skills. Strong computer and data entry skills Ability to scan, upload, and organize digital files Reliable, organized, and able to work independently Experience in a dental or medical office is a plus, but not required This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, careful with details, and comfortable working with computers.

$19.00 per hour
