The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care and administrative support within our medical facility. This position requires a compassionate individual who is organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in a clinical setting is a plus but not necessary as we train from the ground up. Duties Assist healthcare providers with patient examinations by performing basic diagnostic eye tests Prepare patients for examinations by taking medical histories. Coordinate patient referrals and follow-up appointments. Maintain cleanliness and organization of examination rooms and medical equipment. Support administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, surgeries, and picking up phone calls Qualifications Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with patients and staff. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team while maintaining professionalism.
