Job description OB-GYN office/ Fast growing Medical Spa is looking for, A Pleasant mature individual for a long term position, who has at least 2 yrs experience in a medical office setting. Primary care or Ob/Gyn experience is a plus. Please, Don't apply if you are not an experienced certified MA.
Job Description:
Supports the daily operations of the clinic by actively assisting and providing direction to subordinates as required. Coordinates multiple operational tasks supporting medical provider and staff. Front office duties include checking in/out patients, verifying insurance, scheduling appointments, answering busy phones, providing administrative support to the physician, monitoring incoming & outgoing faxes and emails, inputting patient data in electronic medical record system, assisting with medical billing, and any other administrative task assigned by the supervisor or MD. working daily on referrals incoming and outgoing. knowledge of Medi-Cal/Medicare, PPO's and Managed care requirements and guidelines. We are completely EHR. Applicant needs to be very comfortable with the EHR system and Microsoft office, word, excel.... She needs to be a Multitask, fast learner , positive attitude, punctual and very reliable. Outstanding friendly, excellent verbal and written customer service skills. Our office added recently some aesthetics services, like laser treatment , Botox and dermal filler injections. Our new candidate needs to promote and market clinic services on regular bases. She needs to be very comfortable with social media marketing. Using social media marketing tools to create and maintain our office brands and products. You are a good match, if you are a fun-loving person and bring out the best in those around you. You are a natural self-starter, capable of self-management and execution, creative and effective with excellent communication skills in the fast- paced environment, work well under stress on busy schedule . Please provide an updated resume and at least 2 current references from previous medical offices or med spas, Has to be from higher level authority MD or NP This is a Part-time/ or can be a full time position.
