Part-time with possibility for full-time Bilingual English-Spanish ( REQUIREMENT) medical receptionist/medical assistant needed for private Gynecology office in Merced,CA. We are seeking an organized, teachable, energetic, motivated, enthusiastic and friendly team player to join our team. We are looking to hire immediately. Must be a fast-learner and self-motivated. •

Job Duties Taking vitals, rooming patients, assisting physician during exams/procedures Answer telephone calls, accepting referrals, take messages and forward calls Schedule surgeries for physician (can/will be taught) Schedule and confirm appointments and maintain calendars Schedule imaging appointments, pre-operative appointments and laboratory work for patients Greet, welcome and check in/out patients Enter patient data and send correspondence Copy, file, and maintain paper or electronic documents Handle incoming and outgoing mail and email Requirements Bilingual in English and Spanish Maintain patient confidentiality at all times Able to type and use Electronic Medical Records Ability to manage multiple priorities and demands on time, while remaining calm Excellent customer service skills Ability to work as a TEAM player Ability to be flexible, be efficient and learn quickly Preferred Experience in Gynecology/OBGYN/Urology office Experience with surgery scheduling Competency in basic Medical Assisting skills such as chart documentation, taking vital signs, preparing patients for an exam, performing basic testing such as urinalysis
