Small, close-knit primary care office What You'll Do

• Assist providers with patient intake, vitals, and exam prep
• Room patients and prepare charts
• Support basic clinical procedures and specimen collection
• Data Entry and Communication within an Electronic Medical Record
• Handle patient communication with warmth and professionalism
• Assist with prescription refill requests and referrals
• Assist with reception as needed
• Communicate with Insurance providers What We're Looking For
• Certified or registered Medical Assistant (or equivalent hands-on experience)
• Comfortable in a small-office environment where you wear multiple hats
• Strong communication skills and a genuine, caring bedside manner
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
